The OBX is becoming one of my favorite places to shoot! OBX does an amazing job of caring for their beaches and although the current beach restoration process has been a little hard to maneuver around and almost caused one of our brides to have to reschedule her wedding… it always works out and the beaches just keep looking better and better!
This sweet family reached out wanting photographs to remember their first family vacation to the banks. The kids are all grown now – two in college and one recently graduated and married – so it isn’t often that they’re all together. I was so excited when Alexandra (the oldest) reached out and super happy that my one opening that week happened to be their first night on the coast! Talk about perfect timing. These guys totally came prepared with the cutest outfits that coordinated, but weren’t too matchy-matchy and fit perfectly in the coastal surroundings. Y’all take notes! I always love to include a little behind the scenes from my session when I have one. Usually it’s a shot of me shooting or interacting with my clients. This little BTS is of my husband Tony and our sweet clients cracking up. I can’t remember the joke now, but clearly it slayed lol.
